1 Introduction
The Savant Button Remote (REM-0300RF) is a package that includes two devices, the Button Remote (RTR-1000-06) and a SmartControl 3 with RF (SSC-
W103I-00). In this document they will be referred to as Remote (RTR-1000-06) and Controller (SSC-W103I-00). The Controller can be used independently
of the Remote but the Remote cannot be used without being paired to a Controller.
This deployment guide will cover the steps to use the Remote. It does not cover all the information for the Controller, for more information on the
SmartControl 3 with RF please refer to its standalone deployment guide on the Savant Customer Community.
Before You Begin
Read through this document in its entirety and ensure that the following required items are available:
