OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
SAV Systems-Lift for effective transport of workpieces on pallets
WORKHOLDING AND AUTOMATION

The SAV Systems-Lift is a battery operated electric work shop rolling transporter with lifting
arm, for transporting of machine-tool-pallets.
The Systems-lift has following technical specifications:

2. Technical specifications
- The Systems-lift in the above specified execution is intended for lifting loads up to 100 kg
and shall not be used for lifting personnel.
- The Systems-lift is to be used on smooth floor surfaces and is for indoor use only!
While rolling the Systems-lift the lifting arm shall be fixed as close as possible to the vertical
support and shall be lowered to the lowest possible position. The main switch on the battery
housing shall be switched off.
Be careful when rolling over e.g. thresholds, profiled floors, hoses, cables, and when making
turns!
- When loading or unloading, always utilize the wheel brakes!
- Both front legs of the Systems-lift are on the top side equipped with sensors which will
initiate an emergency Stop when activated.
When activated the lifting/lowering is switched off and an alarm signal will sound!
- By passing over the maximal carrying load the lift switches OFF by itself and the load has
to be reduced.
- Charging of the battery shall be done on a fixed an dry position.
The Systems-lift is designed for one-shift-per-day operation and for charging over night.
The battery is charged after max. 8 hours and cannot be overloaded.
- Do not spill any liquids over the battery housing ort he controls!
- Do not use the Systems-lift while the charging cable is connected to the mains supply!
