IInsert symbols to your message
I To get a list of special symbols, press .
I Using the 4-way navigation ring, navigate to the desired symbol.
I Press to confirm selection.
Clearing text
I To clear text, press once to clear one character at a time.
I
To clear the whole text entry, press and hold to clear the
whole text entry.
Creating a New message
Follow these steps to send a new message:
1. Select New message .
2. Press to confirm your selection.
3. Type your SMS message using the Primary Handset alpha-nu-
meric keypad.
4. Select Send to send the message.
5. Enter the recipient’s phone number or select the recipient from
the contacts list.
6. Press to confirm sending.
Saving a message in the SIM card
Follow these steps to save a message:
1. Select New message .
2. Press to confirm your selection.
3. Type your SMS message using the Primary Handset alpha-nu-
meric keypad.
4. Select Save to save the message.
5. Press to confirm saving the message.
Displaying a message
Follow these steps to display a message:
