Power
Why doesn’t the
power turn on? Due to cold
temperatures, the
battery pack
temporarily lost its
power. Place the camera in
your pocket to warm
it up before using it.
Why is the battery
pack consumed
so quickly even
after it was fully
recharged? The ambient
temperature is
very low. Keep the battery
pack in an
environment of 10 to
40°C (50 to 104°F).
Why doesn’t
recharging end? The battery pack
life has expired. Replace with a new
battery pack. If this
is not effective,
consult your dealer.
Why does the
icon appear?
The remaining
battery pack
power is low. Use the supplied AC
adaptor, or replace
the battery pack with
a fully charged one.
Shooting
Why doesn’t the
touch sensor
work? You are wearing
gloves. Remove the glove
from the hand
pressing the shutter
button.
Why does the
multi-indicator
flash red? Recorded data is
being saved on
the card or to the
camera’s internal
memory. Not a malfunction.
Wait until the multi-
indicator turns off.
Why doesn’t the
flash operate? The camera has
determined that
the image is bright
enough and the
flash is not
necessary. Not a malfunction.
Capture the image;
the camera will
determine when the
flash is necessary.
