Creating Folders for Text Messages
You can create up to ten folders to store your text messages.
When 10 of your defined folders exist, the “Create Folder”
option will not appear.
To create a new folder:
1.
Select
> Messaging >Text
.
2.
Press
Options
(right softkey)
> Create Folder
.
3.
Enter a folder name and press .
4.
Press
Save
(left softkey).
To set an optional feature for the added folder:
1.
During step 3 above, scroll down to select other menu options.
Auto Filing
to file messages into the folder automatically.
The following options appear when this feature is set to on.
Keyword
to set a keyword for Auto Filing. Enter a
keyword and press .
Notify
to set the notification display to on or off when
you have an unread message matching the defined
folder.
Envelope Icon
to set the envelope icon display to on or
off when you have unread message matching the
defined folder.
2.
Press
Save
(left softkey).
Erasing Messages

1.
Select
> Messaging >Text
.
2.
Select
Inbox
,
Sent Mail
,
Pending
,
Drafts
, or your defined folder
and press .
3.
Highlight a message you want to erase and press
Options
(right
softkey)
> Erase
.
4.
Select
This
.
Tip:
This option may not be displayed if you save only one message in a
folder.
To erase all messages, select All .
5. Select Yes .
