Event List Options
While you are displaying the day’s event list, press
Options
(right
softkey) to display the following options:
Add Event
to add a schedule or a call alarm to the calendar.
Erase Event
to erase a schedule or a call alarm.
To Do List
to display the To Do List.
Go to Date
to jump to another date on the calendar.
View Memory
to view the memory status for events saved in
the phone.
Erase Memory to erase memory for events saved in the
phone.
Erasing Events
To erase a day’s scheduled events:
1.
From the calendar display, select the day for which you would
like to erase events and press
.
2.
Highlight one of the events and press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Erase Event > Yes .
To erase old events:
From the calendar display, press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Erase Memory > Erase Old > Yes
.
To erase all events:
1.
From the calendar display, press
Options
(right softkey)
>
Erase Memory > Erase All
. (An alert will be displayed asking you
to confirm the deletion.)
2.
Select
Yes
to erase all events.
Note: All events (Schedules, Call Alarms and To Do items) will be erased.
Adding To Do Items
Your phone can store and manage 20 To Do items.
1.
From the Calendar display, press
Options
(right softkey)
>
To Do List .
2. Press Options (right softkey) > Add Item .
3.
Enter the description and press .
