GETTING TO KNOW

JUNIORSTAR

Your JuniorSTAR

®

pen has 3 main parts, as shown in the

following picture:

JuniorSTAR

®

exists in different colours: silver, blue and red

(availability varies by country)� Demonstration is conducted
in the blue pen, but does not change the usage

If you use different types of insulin you should use a different

colour for each insulin pen

You can set doses from 1 to 30 units in steps of 0�5 units

In addition to your JuniorSTAR

®

pen, you will also need:

  Instructions for use
  A 3 ml Sanofi insulin cartridge (supplied separately)
  A pen needle (supplied separately – availability varies by

country)

An alcohol swab (supplied separately – availability varies by

country)

A puncture-resistant container (supplied separately –

availability varies by country)
