4.4  Flat Nozzle Spraying System 

The flat spraying system has special designed nozzles. The arrangement of the nozzle is exactly placed. 

The water jet impinges on the overhead picks at the cutting head at the area where the picks are in 

contact with the material to cut. The water jet cools the picks during cutting and provides sufficient dust 

particle binding. 

In case the incoming pressure of the water supply system is insufficient a booster pump for more water
