DC Terminal Block Alarm Relay Contacts
The alarm relay output contacts in the middle of the DC terminal block connector detect an Ethernet link fail or power
supply fail. The alarm relay output is “Normal Close”.

When attaching wires to the DC terminal block’s contacts consider:

DC terminal block pitch, 5.08 mm
•
Wire size range: Solid wire: 12~24 AWG and Stranded wire: 12~24 AWG
•
Wire length 3 m (9.84 ft.) maximum
•
Wire strip length 7 mm (0.28 in)
4.2.3.
Console Port Connector
The console port enables local management using a terminal emulator or a computer with terminal emulation
software. To connect a host PC to the console port connector, use a RJ45 to USB Type A connector cable to connect
the switch’s RJ45 console port to the host PC’s USB port.
