Forgetting Your Password
If you forgot your password:
1.
Click the
Forgot Password
link. A message is displayed notifying that the drive will be formatted and
data on the drive will be lost. This is to protect your data in case someone else attempts to access the
device. Click
OK
to proceed with entering a new password on your device or
Cancel
to return to the
logon screen.

Type your new password and retype the same password in the Password Confirmation box. The
password must be a minimum of 6 characters and must not exceed 16 characters. It must contain three
different types of characters: lower case letters, upper case letters, numeric digits, or special characters.
A password hint can also be entered to remind you of your new password. Click
OK
.
