Setup RFall feature
As this feature is on, the Home Unit will receive all of the bracelets nearby without pairing in advance. We
usually use this feature as a purpose of testing; therefore the default setting is OFF. Generally, we recommend
pairing the bracelet while monitoring in order to prevent from receiving unnecessary data. However, we reserve
this feature for the necessary conditions.
