BEFORE USE
Insert the batteries: open the battery cover on the back of the scale. Pay attention to the polarity, and then
put the batteries into the battery compartment.
Note: if you do not intend to use this unit for a long period of time, it is advisable to remove the batteries
before storing it.
USEFUL FEATURES

This scale allows you to measure your weight, body fat percentage, water percentage, muscle
percentage, bone weight and calorie simultaneously just by stepping on the scale.

Personal data (female / male, age and height) can be pre-set and stored in the personal data
memories.

After you have completed the measuring process, the power shuts off automatically.

WEIGHT ONLY FUNCTION
This scale has “Weight Only” function
When the user doesn’t press any key to set any data, only step on the platform and the display will show
the user’s weight only (the weight will flash three times and hold finally, then the scale shuts-off
automatically).
