- Each time the REC button is pressed, the selection toggles between PS mode and PTY mode.
- If FM signal strength is weak, the RDS information might not be displayed.
- PTY is available for searching within the saved presets.

RDS (Radio Data System) provides the reception and display of messages such as
broadcasting information.
The program information such as News, Sports or Music, or the broadcasting station
information is displayed on the screen.

Select FM Radio -> RDS Display

Use , to select the desired RDS mode and press the
button.
●
PS(Program Service): Displays the name of broadcasting station
and is composed of 8 characters.
If the PS information is being received, the PS name (BBC, AFO, NDR,etc.) is shown on the display.
If the PS information isn't received, the original FM frequency is shown.
●
PTY(Program Type) : Displays the type of program currently being broadcast.
Press the button in the PTY mode to switch to the PTY (Program Type) Search mode.
Move to the desired PTY (News, Sports, etc.) by using the , buttons
Press the button to find the frequency for the selected PTY.
