Touch the text entry field and begin typing a word. A list of
word options displays as you type. Touch one of the words
to replace the typed word and continue until you complete
the message.
Using the Android Keyboard
The Android keyboard displays in two formats: Portrait and
Landscape. These keyboards also include the Voice input feature
which is an experimental feature using Google’s networked
speech recognition.
To activate/deactivate speech recognition:

Set default keyboard

Tap the text field to compose a message.

. A check mark indicates activation.
