User Manual

To change HDD usage to Yes

- Selecting "No" and pressing [ENTER] or using the mouse wheel will prompt the following

notice:

Warning: This disk can be used without formatting. Would you like to format this disk?

- Select "

" to preserve the data and enable the HDD usage.

- Select "

Yes

" to delete all data and enable the HDD usage.

To change HDD usage to No

- Selecting "Yes" and pressing [ENTER] or using the mouse wheel will prompt the following

Yes

" to disable the HDD. A status message saying "Disk has been disabled" will

appear to the bottom of the screen.

6.10.3 Security

There are two types of DVR users such as administrator and user and there is no limit to use

the DVR for the administrator. Maximum 10 users can use this device and authorization is

needed to use it.
