3. Checking part reel

For smooth feeding of the parts, make sure the

following conditions are met when you mount the part

reel on the feeder.

100mm

50mm

The tape should extend more than

100 mm from the part adhesion

point.

The vinyl should extend more than

50 mm from the center of the drain

gear.

PART VI. Additional Check Points

If the part reel is not mounted as in the figure, index error may occur.
