Problem Cause and Solution Page
Coxial communication does not
work.
► Check the distance between the camera and the monitor. 29
► If the distance between the camera and the monitor exceeds the
recommended maximum, please use an auxiliary video amp.

► Ensure that the Camera ID DIP switches (SW1) are all positioned to OFF. 17
I turned on the power, but the
camera didn't start running.
(SCP-XXXXH Only)
► Please check the environment temperature; the camera may not operate
properly if it has been left at temperatures lower than -50º for a prolonged
duration. 7
► The motor may malfunction at temperatures lower than -20º; please turn
on the camera in Standby mode instead of [Initialize].

► When the internal temperature is above -20°C at the time power is
supplied, the “Wait to warm up (xx Left)” message will disappear and the
product will enter normal operation state upon rebooting. The sequencing
operation will be restricted, allowing only manual P/T operation.

I can’t see the screen.
(The screen is black.)
► When the camera’s internal temperature drops down to -20º or lower, it
becomes unable to transmit video signals and may cause a black screen.

► A black screen does not indicate camera breakage; it resets itself and
starts displaying video again once its internal temperature reaches -20º or
higher. 7
The camera stops in the Initialize
mode and won’t proceed to the
next mode.
► The motor may malfunction at temperatures lower than -20º ; please turn
on the camera in Standby mode instead of [Initialize].

I can use the controller, but I
can’t activate the Sequence
command.
► When the camera's internal temperature is between -10º to -20º, the
motor may malfunction, limiting the use of the Sequence and Turbo
commands. 7
► Once the internal temperature reaches -10º or higher, all Sequence modes
become reactivated normally.

I can't get rid of this message
from the screen: “ Fan life
Expired. Replace the Fans.”
► Please make sure to "Clear" the message from the screen. 77
The camera suddenly resets
itself while displaying the black
screen.
► Such symptoms may occur if the camera's temperature increases from
-20º or lower to -20º or higher.
