Menu functions
• To name card : save the contact as a name card
format.
Add
(Menu 2.2)
Use this menu to add a new contact to Contacts.
In the phone’s memory, a name can contain up to 5
numbers in different categories: Mobile, Home, Office,
Pager, and Fax. You can save only one number with a
name in the card’s memory.
Adding a new contact
1. Enter a name and tap or press < Save >.
2. Scroll to the left or right to select a memory.
3. Move to the next field(s).
4. If you have selected
Card1 / Card2 , enter a phone
number.
If you have selected
Phone , change the settings
or enter more information.
•
Image : tap or press < Edit > and assign one of
the photos you took using the camera or the
default icons as a caller ID image.
• Mobile / Home / Office / Pager / Fax : add a
number for each category.
• E-mail1 / E-mail2 : tap or press < Edit > and
enter an e-mail address.
• URL : tap or press < Edit > and enter an URL
address.
• Group : select one of the default relationship
groups, where the contact is to be added.
• Name ringer : tap or press < Edit > and select
a ringtone for the contact.
• Etc : tap or press < Edit > and add a memo
about the contact.
5. When you have finished, tap or press < Save > to
save the contact.
Adding a number to an existing contact in
Idle mode
1. In Idle mode, enter a phone number and tap or
press < Save >.
2. Select Existing entry .
3. Select the contact you want.
