Playing Music with the External Buttons
If you have saved music on your phone or memory card, you can
quickly play songs with the phone closed by pressing and holding the
MP3 key
on the left side of the phone. If necessary, you can
unlock the keys by pressing the
key. Use the following keys to
control playback:
•
Play/Pause Key
:
plays or pauses music playback.
•
Rewind Key
:
goes to the beginning of the song that is
playing or scans backwards if you hold the key down.
•
Fast Forward Key
:
goes to the end of the song that is
playing or scans forward if you hold the key down.
Playing Music with the Phone Open
If you have saved music on your phone or memory card, you can
listen to songs.
To play music:
1. Press
Menu
to access the
Music
menu.
2. Press
for
My Music List
.
3. Use the navigations keys to highlight a song and press
. The TELUS MP3 player launches and plays the selected
song. This may take a few seconds.
Creating a Playlist
You can use playlists to organize your music collection into named
collections of songs. You can then select a playlist to listen to. You
must have previously saved songs on your phone in order to create a
playlist.
