Recording a movie
H.264 (MPEG-4 part10/AVC) is the latest video
U
coding format established in 2003 collaboratively
by ISO-IEC and ITU-T. Since this format uses a high
compression rate, more amount of data can be saved
to the same storage media.
When using a slow writing memory card, your movie's
U
recording can be interrupted since it can not process
at the rate the video is being saved.
In this case, you can solve this problem either by
replacing with a faster memory card or by reducing the
video size.
When the image stabilizer option is set in shooting a
U
movie, the image stabilizer sound can be recorded.
When the capacity of one file in recording exceeds
U
4GB, the movie recording will be stopped
automatically. In this case, the recording can be
continued by starting new recording.
When formatting a memory card, it is always
U
recommended to format by using this camera.
When the format is run in other product or PC, it is
possible to damage images or to cause a change in
the capacity of memory card.
If the camera lens is removed while recording a movie,
U
the recording will be interrupted. Do not change the
lens while recording.
When taking a movie, please be careful since the
U
operational sounds such as zoom sound and button
sound can be recorded.
When changing the shooting angle of camera is
U
suddenly changed while in shooting a movie, it may
not be possible to take the images accurately. When
recording movies, it is recommended to use tripod. In
that way, you can minimize the camera shake.
When shooting a movie, only the
U
Multi AF
function
is supported. Hence, it is not possible to use a focus
area setting function like
Face Detection AF
.
