Step 1. Configuring Printer Sharing

From the computer connected to the printer, click

Start > Printers and Faxes

Right-click the printer you want to share, and click

Sharing

Select 'Share this printer', enter a share name for the shared printer, and click

In the Printers and Faxes window, you will find the printer icon has been changed
to another icon on a hand.

Step 2. Adding and Using a Shared Printer.

From a different computer that wants to use the shared printer, click

Start >

Printers and Faxes

Click

Add a printer

In the Add Printer Wizard, click

Next

Select 'A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer', and click
