1)  Self check

Outdoor unit display

Explanation

When  Control-KIT outputs fan operation status signal and the fan feedback  

signal stays OPEN for more than 10 seconds. 

( AHU-KIT only)

Reason

• Poor AHU fan operation

• Missing or Incorrect circuit system for fan feedback check.

Fan Error

Did you set up the system to 

receive the fan feedback? 

(Refer to page 14)

Yes

Change the Control-KIT PBA.

No

Set the Install option 05 series SEG21 “0”.  

(Disables fan feedback signal.)

Is fan working?

Do you need fan feedback?

No

Connect feedback signal to fan  

check terminal on Control-KIT.  

Ensure that Install option 05 series 

SEG21 “1”. 

Yes

Check the AHU fan control.

No

When the AHU fan is  

operating, does fan feedback 

cable offer SHORT signal?

Re-arrange the Control-KIT circuit again to 
output the appropriate fan feedback signal 

depending on the fan operation status.

•  Fan feedback check terminal should only receive OPEN/SHORT contact signal without voltage. 

When the fan feedback check terminal receives contact signal with voltage may damage the  
Control-KIT .
