► Symptom

MSOK is defective. / MSOK data is wrong.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Turn the machine off and on.

2) If the problem persists, turn the machine off again.

3) Remove the rear cover.

4) Check if the MSOK is inserted correctly. Remove and reinstall it.

5) If the problem persists, contact the tech support team.
