► Error message

Paper is empty in MP tray. Load paper

► Symptom

MP Tray is empty.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Check the connection between the MP empty sensor and on the main board. If necessary, install a new MP empty

sensor.

2) Check that the MP empty sensor actuator moves freely and is not damaged. If necessary, install a new MP empty

sensor actuator assembly.

3) If necessary, replace the main board.
