4. Troubleshooting

► Error Code

U3–4210

► Error message

Top door of scanner is open.

► Symptom

DSDF cover is open.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Open and close the DSDF cover. Check if the error message is disappeared.

2) If the problem persists, check the cover open sensor.

a) Open the DSDF cover. Remove the spring.

b) Remove 4 screws.

c) Check if the sensor connector is connected correctly.

If the sensor is defective, replace it(
