► Error Code

C9–2220

► Error message

TR Failure: #C9-2220. Install transfer roller again.

► Symptom

The resistance value of the transfer roller is abnormal.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Open the side cover.

2) Replace the transfer roller(

JC66-04205A

(Refer to 3.2.3. Transfer roller)

3) If the problem persists, replace the HVPS board.
