events. (Your device lists events in chronological
order.)

To display an event’s details, tap it from the Agenda
view.
Going to the Current Day’s Calendar Menu
1.
Press and tap

Editing an Existing Event
1. Press and tap .
2.
Tap the event to reveal the event details.
3.
Press and tap Edit event .
4. Make your modifications (name, location,
repetition, reminders, etc).
5. Make other field modifications by accessing
additional options. Press and tap Show
extra options

Presence

Privacy .

6.
Scroll to the bottom of the event details page and
tap
Done
.
Erasing a Day’s Events
1. Press and tap .
2.
Tap the event to reveal the event details.
3.
Press and tap
Delete event
. (You will see an
alert notifying you of the deletion.)
4.
Tap
OK
.
Tip:
In the Month view, days with events scheduled are shown
with a green bar.
Note:
If the day for which you are erasing events contains a
repeating event, you will receive the following options:
Only this event , This & future events or All events .
Select Only this event to erase a single occurrence,
This & future events to erase this event going forward,
All events to erase all occurrences of the event (past/
present/future) or Cancel to cancel the deletion of the
repeating event.
