7-4 Easy Sensor Calibration Check

Step Activities
1 Put Inspection - 200cc A cup of w ater on the Tray center.
* If Display show s "FFFF",
Then;
-. Leave unit in room temperature abut 20 minutes for cooling.
-. Calibrate Easy Sensor from the beginning step of calibration method.
-. Check Easy Sensor Voltage again.
for 2 seconds.
2 Press Auto Easy Sensor Defrost & Clock Button
3 Check calibration result(Hexadecimal)
7-5 How to replace Sensor PCB
Step Activities
1 Remove 5 screw s, and disconnect outer panel.
( Note : You have to use screw driver w ith less than 05 and 10cm or more. )
2 Remove 1 screw for fastening of cover blow er, and disconnect cover blow er.
3 Remove screw s for fastening of sensor PCB through opening in the back, and disconnect sensor PCB.

(STEP 1)
Connect w ires correctly and exactly after replacing sensor PCB, and assemble sensor PCB in reverse order of
disassembling.
Note :
After reolacing M GT,assembly, PCB and sensor PCB, make ues of them after calibrating them all the time by using calibration jig.

4 Disconnect all of lead w ires from sensor PCB.
