Step 1 :
Detergent

Check if the correct amount of effective detergent is being used.
(
Advise customers to use recommended dishwasher detergents only.
(Refer to the manual)
- Do not use less than 1 tablespoon (15 g) per load.
- Detergent must be fresh to be effective.
- Store detergent in a cool, dry area.

- Heavy soil and/or hard water generally require extra detergent.

Advise customers to use rinse agent
to remove spots and prevent new film buildup.

If detergent is old or damp powder detergent, advise customers to use fresh detergent.
Step 2 :
Hard Water

In case of hard water, advise customers as followings.
- If water is extremely hard, a water softener may be required.
- The harder your water, the more detergent a load needs.
- To prevent the common hard-water problem of spotting and to help dishes dry better,
to add a rinse aid is recommended.
- If white residue inside your dishwasher is seen, occasionally try to dissolve it with
distilled white vinegar(or Lemon juice & White vinegar mixture).
Instead of using detergent, place a container with 2 cups of vinegar(or 1 cup of Lime
juice & 1 cup of white vinegar) in the bottom rack and run a normal cycle but without
sanitize option.
