Causes

Check Point

Overflow sensor, water valve, case sensor

oE error occurs when the overflow detection AD data is 3.5V or below for 3 seconds

(When leakage sensor detects 3.5V or below for 1 seconds during water supply)

#7. Error Code

7-10. oE (Over Level Water Error)

Symptom

oE error is displayed. (‘Heavy’ + ‘Smart Auto’ LED On)

Step 1

: Overflow Sensor

!

Check the connections at the Overflow Sensor connector.

Step 2 :

Water Valve (1)

! '-#$%&!

Step 4

: Case Sensor

!

Check if there are any traces of water leakage on the top of

the Case Sensor

→ Clean the Hose-Sensor and the Case Sensor.

Step 3 :

Water Valve (2)

The voltage at the water valve when it is not operating is AC 120V,

!

Check for foreign materials in water valve and remove them.

If you can’t remove, replace the water valve.

"

If there are no foreign materials in water valve, replace main PBA.

!

Check the Resistance at the water valve.

(Remove the connector before checking)

(

The Resistance : 1.2kΩ

If the value is not normal, Replace the Water valve
