Remove all kind of package material before defrosting. Place meat, poultry and fish on a flat ceramic plate.

This programme is suitable for a joint of meat (pork, beef, lamb)
or a lamb leg.

chicken first breast-side down.
When the oven beeps, turn the chicken over.
This programme is suitable for whole chicken.

oven beeps, turn the fish over. This programme is suitable for
whole fishes as well as for fish fillets.

Put bread slices horizontally on a piece of kitchen paper and
turn over, as soon as the oven beeps. This programme is
suitable for all kinds of bread, sliced or whole, as well as for
bread rolls and baguettes. Arrange bread rolls in a circle.

Place cake on a turntable. This programme is suitable for all
kinds of yeast cake, sponge cake, cheese cake, puff pastry,
fruit cake and cream cake rolls. It is not suitable for gateaux or
cake with cream or chocolate topping and icing.
