:  Detection of Floating Switch of Indoor Unit's Drain Pump

1.   How to check

✳ 

To release E153 error, you must reset the power of the indoor unit.

resistance value of both terminals after 

disconnecting a floating sensor connector linked 

to an indoor unit PCB, is resistance 

valve = ∞ ?

Is there a lot of water in the drain plate?

Does Drain pump run 

during COMP operation?

Diagnosed as a defective 

Floating sensor

Drain pump PCB unit 

voltage = around AC220V?

Does the water level

in the Drain Pan get lower?

Reset the power of the indoor unit 
then check if drain pump operates 

(vibrates during operation)
