Selecting the insulator of the refrigerant pipe

According to pipes size, insulate pipes on gas and liquid side by selecting appropriate insulations.

Standard condition is under a temperature of 30°C and a humidity of 85%. If the units are installed in extreme
weather conditions, select the insulator by table below.

• Install the insulation not to be get wider and use the adhesives on the connection part of it to prevent
moisture entering.
• Wind the refrigerant pipe with insulation tape if it is exposed to outside sunlight.
• Install the refrigerant pipe respecting that the insulation does not get thinner on the bent part or hanger
of pipe.
