•
Remove wires from paper or plastic bags.
•
Do not use the microwave oven for drying, for example, of newspapers.
•
If you notice smoke, do not open the door of the microwave oven but disconnect it from the power supply.
8.
Exercise special caution when heating liquids or food for infants.
•
Always set the food aside for at least 20 seconds after turning the microwave oven off in order for the temperature to
even out.
•
Stir during cooking, if it is required, and always stir the food after cooking.
•
Be careful when handling a container after heating. You can get burned if the container is too hot.
•
There is a risk of so-called delayed rapid boiling.
•
In order to prevent delayed rapid boiling and the possibility of burning, insert a plastic spoon or a glass rod to the drink and
stir it before, after and during cooking.
Reason: When cooking liquids the boiling point may be delayed; this means that rapid boiling can occur after the container is
removed from the microwave oven. This could result in burns.
In the case of burns, please follow these first aid instructions:
•
Immerse the burned part of the body in cold water for at least 10 minutes.
•
Apply a clean and dry dressing.
•
Do not apply any creams, oils or lotions.
Never fill the container fully and only use containers that are designed for use in a microwave oven.
Always check the temperature of the baby food or milk before giving it to the child.
Never heat baby bottles with a teat placed on the bottle, as the bottle may explode if it becomes overheated.
9.
Be careful not to damage the power cable.
•
Do not immerse the power cable or the plug in water and make sure that the cable is not located near hot equipment.
•
Do not use the device if the power cable or the plug is damaged.
10.
Stand at arm’s length when opening the microwave oven.
Reason: Hot air or steam can cause burns.
•
Keep the inside of the microwave oven clean.
Reason: Food residues or spilled oil adhering to the walls of the microwave oven can damage the coating surface and weaken
the performance of the microwave oven.
11.
An intermittent sound is heard during the operation of the microwave oven (in particular during defrosting). Reason: The
sound comes from the microwave generator. This is the normal sound of the microwave oven’s operation.
12.
If the microwave oven is activated with an empty chamber, the power supply will be cut off automatically. The microwa-
ve oven can be restarted after 30 minutes.
Important security procedures
During cooking, if the food is cooked in plastic, paper or other combustible disposable containers, it is necessary to control
their condition.
Important
Small children should never play with the microwave oven. They also shouldn’t stay near the microwave oven when it is used.
Children’s items should not be stored or put in the microwave oven.
6. INSTALLATION OF THE MICROWAVE OVEN
The microwave oven can be installed almost everywhere (kitchen countertop or cabinet, trolley, table).
For your own safety, the device must be:
•
Properly grounded (3-pin plug)
•
Connected to a standard 230 V/50 Hz grounded electrical outlet

Install on a flat, leveled and stable surface. Make sure that the device has adequate ventilation. Set the device at a distan
