General troubleshooting diagram
Defect: Cause: Remedy:
Hydraulic oil temperature too
high Low oil level Check for leaks and top up
Speed of PTO shaft too high Check the speed
Working pressure too high Check the working pressure
Hydraulic oil level low Leakage in system Find leak and repair
Virtually no product is picked up
and product is left behind by the
machine Intake too high Adjust height of intake to 1 cm
under the soil
No power supply to remote
control Fuse has blown Replace fuse in main cabinet
Plug defective Check plug and replace if
necessary
A specific function is unavailable
(Check whether the LED indicator
on the magnetic coil lights on
operating the function)
Relay defective
(LED indicator does not light) Replace relay
Magnetic coil defective
(LED indicator does light) Replace magnetic coil
Conveyor belt does not turn Conveyor belt protection sensor
does not detect frame Fold out the conveyor belt
completely and check whether
