KNIFE STERILIZER
ATTENTION
AVOID DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE LAMP’S RADIATION. UV-RADIATION IS
HARMFUL, ESPECIALLY TO EYES AND SKIN.
1)
Before effectuating any operation, read these instructions carefully.
Fully qualified staff should carry out the installation, maintenance and technical servicing of this
appliance.
Before using the unit for the first time, remove stainless steel plastics protection.
This device is intended for indoor use only and is designed to be fixed to a wall.
This machine should not be used by people whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are
diminished (including children), or by people with little experience or know-how, except if they can
be assisted by another person responsible for their safety and vigilance and are able to give them
instructions pertaining to the use of the machine.
It is also convenient to supervise children so as to assure they maintain a safe distance from the
machine.

To switch on the equipment, just turn the timer until it points to the intended amount of minutes and
close the door. The closet switch itself off automatically whenever the door is opened (security
system).
ALWAYS CONNECT THE GRILL DIRECTLY TO AN EARTHED MAINS SOCKET AND
NEVER USE ANY KIND OF TYPE T ADAPTERS.

The sterilization process is more efficient when the knives are properly cleaned and dried.
The minimum time for sterilization is 30 minutes, with a maximum capacity of 30 to 60 knifes,
depending on the model.
4)
ATTENTION:
If you need to clean the equipment, to exchange the lamp or the lock, always proceed as follows:
a) Remove the electrical plug from the socket.
b) Move the equipment from its usual place.
Use a soft, humid cloth to clean the equipment. Never allow water drops to fall unto the equipment.
Use a liquid, non abrasive detergent and never apply detergents in powder or containing leach.
5)
If the feeding cable becomes damaged, it must be replaced by a similar one of type H05 RN-F
3G0,75 , available at the supplier or official agent.
