7.1 The Pumps Packages.

Many different pumps can be used with The Magna-Ram. The pumps may be Double Ball or Shovel
Check. Many ratio and volume sizes are available. Reference

2.1.1

and

2.1.2

They range from: Ratio (18:1 – 60:1) or Volume (340cc -1000cc)

Pump 1 is always on the left and Pump 2 is always on the right.

For more information on the pump maintenance/ spare parts/ rebuilding and troubleshooting refer to

7.2 Magna-Ram Elevator (Ram). 62-3147-01 (RH) / 62-3147-02 (LH)

The Elevator is used to raise/lower the pumps, seal the drum and force the fluid (material) into the fluid
sections. The follower fluid (material) force when the elevator is at

90 Psi is 5.99 Psi. (0.41bar)

The Elevator main components are:

1.  Elevator Frame -Weldment.
2.  Piston rod assemblies (4).
3.  Guide assemblies (4).
4.  Drum Clamps (2).
5.  Control Panel (1).
6.  Upper Frame (1).
7.  Follower Plate & Vents
