10.
WARRANTY TERMS
10.1
Warranty terms
1.
The manufacturer provides good quality and defect-free operation of ditch cleaner covered by
this warranty if machine’s operation is performed in accordance with operator's manual.
2.
Faults or damages to the machine found within 12-month period from the date of purchase shall
be removed free of charge at the purchaser

3.
Faults or damages should be submitted personally, on letter or by telephone. Repairs shall be
carried out within 14 days. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an
authorized SaMASZ dealer.
4.
Warranty claims regarding replacing of the product or repayment are considered within 14 days
by the Manufacturer.
5.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
a)
normal wearing of ditch cleaner's operating parts: cutting knives, operating disk,
adjustable guard, sliding skids, etc. Those repairs can be done only at the buyer’s
expense.
b)
use of ditch cleaner for any purpose other than described in the operator's manual,
c)
too fast lowering of the machine to the ground,
d)
fortuitous events or other occurrence, for which the Manufacturer does not bear any
responsibility,
e)
any mechanical damages,
f)
missing or worn cutting knives, cutting disk and cleaner's hydraulic assembly.
6.
The costs of technical assessment are borne by the Purchaser - if the manufacturer determines
that the product being subject to claim is defect free and what is confirmed by the following
expertise.
