2. You can copy a receipt message to a new message by pressing and holding an existing message in the
list. Individual receipt messages can be deleted in this manner as well.
3. Use the Edit/Sort Menu icon to SORT the list
alphabetically or choose EDIT MODE to select and delete receipts.
Receipt Message Design Elements
1. After you have created your receipt messages, you can edit the design of the message by selecting the
sections and elements you want to appear on the receipt in the
DESCRIPTION section. See “ Receipt
Description Option Definitions” for details of this section.
2. Press the icon in the message area to add Logo Images, Message lines, Header/Footer elements.
3. Select the elements to edit on the receipt by checking the box in front of the area.
4. Select Elements to include on the receipt such as Date, Time, Dash Lines, etc. from the SELECT
ELEMENTS section. Simply press and drag the desired element to the Header and Footer sections as
desired. These header/footer elements can be rearranged as desired.

5. Use the FONT STYLE options to edit the font of your receipt message; options include:
a. Justification Settings
b. Bold Font
c. Font Size
d. Underline Font
e. Red Font
6. When you have completed editing the receipt message you can use the ACTIONS options to:
a. Preview: displays a sample for how the receipt will appear/print.
b. Print Test: prints the receipt preview.
