“PULSE” FUNCTION
With the “PULSE” functi on, you can tempo-
rarily boost the mixing speed of the appliance
(to make the appliance work as a blender). It
works in a pulse mode, only while you hold
the “Pulse” butt on

. When in the PULSE
mode, the appliance operates at its maximum
power. Do not use the PULSE functi on for
more than 30 seconds. The “PULSE” functi on
is unavailable in the “HEATING” and "DOUGH"
programms.
CAUTION! Do not use the “PULSE” functi on
if there are hot ingredients in the jug. Burning
hazard.

DIGITAL SCALE FUNCTION
With the digital scale functi on, you can precise-
ly measure the weight of the ingredients you
add to the jug, which allows you to follow spe-
cifi c recipe instructi ons. To use the digital scale:
1. Press the “Weight” butt on

to select
the digital scale and wait for a moment.

the scale icon and indicate “0000”, and the
control light on the “Weight” butt on will
turn on.
2. Look at the weight measurement while
adding the ingredient to the jug. Stop at the
right moment. The weight is displayed in
grams.
3. If you need to erase the weight measure-
ment before adding another product, ena-
ble scale functi on it again with the “Weight”
butt on.
4. To disable the scale, press and hold the
“Weight” butt on.
5. You can use the digital scale before starti ng
a programme or in the middle of a pro-
gramme, for example to add ingredients.
6. The digital scale functi on remains acti ve for
1 minute aft er the measurement. Aft er this
ti me, it will be automati cally disabled unless
you turn it off with the “Weight” butt on.
7. You can also use the digital scale functi on
when adding products intended for steam
cooking.
8. The scale has a capacity range from 1 g
to 5,000 g (5 kg).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance from power and wait
unti l it cools down completely.
2. Perform the cleaning procedure immediate-
ly aft er the appliance cools down to avoid
tedious removal of dried-up food.

4. The appliance should be stored in dry
rooms and not exposed to sunlight.
5. The accessories specifi ed in item 3 are
dishwasher-safe for up to 60 °C.
6. Remove the silicone gasket from the appli-
ance cover

and wash it in warm water
and detergent, then rinse and dry. Aft er
drying, the gasket should be mounted with
a fl at surface towards the cover and the
side with the collar and two tabs should
face the jug.
