Inserting / removing and cooking food
CAUTION!
Loading and removing food items; overflowing of the
cooking pan when immersing food and objects
Burns, scalding
● Please note that the water level will rise when you place
food items into the water!
● Do not exceed the MAX fill level marking!
Development of hot steam for higher cooking temperatures.
Hot steam escapes when raising the cover.
Inserting food
You can put the food in the cooking tank as soon as the device
has reached the required cooking temperature.
1.
Open the cover of the cooking tank carefully.
Hot steam escapes.
2. Place the food in the hot water carefully.
Use suitable kitchen tongs if necessary.
3. Close the cover of the cooking tank.
During the cooking process
Note that water evaporates during operation.
□ Therefore, refill with water if necessary.
If you would like to glance at the food during the cooking pro­
cess, you can open the cover of the cooking tank for a short
time.
Removing food
1.
Open the cover of the cooking tank carefully.
Hot steam escapes.
2. Remove the food using kitchen tongs and/or a strainer from
the cooking tank carefully.
3. Close the cover of the cooking tank.
