Information for operation

Exercise appropriate caution!
● The gas burner is located in the centre. For parboiling, place the cookware in the centre. To con
tinue cooking, place the cookware at the edge.
● Only use suitable cooking and frying utensils for electric cookers.
● Only place cooking pans and frying pans on clean steel hob.
● Immediately remove contamination through salt, seasoning, water or food remains on the steel
hob. Otherwise the steel hob will rust and it will be more difficult to clean when the rust is re
moved.
● Do not place wet pans on the steel hob.
● Use high-sided pots for dishes with lots of liquid to prevent them boiling over.
● Close pots with lids if the cooking process permits.
● To keep food warm or to melt fat or butter, use only low temperature settings .
● Safety equipment: The appliance is not fitted with a thermoelectric safety pilot. Extinguishes the
burner and pilot light, cools down the thermocouple. By cooling the thermocouple, the gas supply
automatically closes and, thus, prevents the gas escaping uncontrolled.

Completion of operation

Press the gas control and turn to "Off" (Symbol ●).

Switch off customer gas tap.
