CONNECTION TO A MOTOR PART OF OPERATING PUMPS CERTIFIED FOR OPERATION IN
AREAS SUBJECT TO ATEX DIRECTIVE 2014/34/EU
If the machine covered by this document is operated in potentially explosive areas subject to the
ATEX directive 2014/34/UE, the user / installer must verify the correctness of the certification supplied
with the machine.
The user / installer must ensure that the motor part, the coupling parts and the protection systems, if
not supplied together with the machine, are suitable and comply with the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU.

15.2. DECLARATION OF INCORPORATION
We, Salvatore Robuschi & C. S.r.l., declare under our sole responsibility that the aforementioned pump (s) comply with the
requirements of the 2006/42/EC, when used in compliance with the instructions contained in the instructions manual.
We also declare that the technical documentation concerning essential safety requirements of the pump has been
compiled in compliance with the requirements of the 2006/42/EC Annex VII B.
We also undertake to transmit information on the aforementioned machine (s) to the national authorities, should there be
any requests, as quickly as possible, by ordinary or electronic mail.
Salvatore Robuschi & C. S.r.l. is the sole party liable to compile the technical documentation relevant to the machine, should
there be the need.
The partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery, into which it is to be incorporated,
has been declared in conformity with the Directive 2006/42/EC
