8. Oven delivery
The deck oven may be delivered in two different manners;
either wholly assembled and prepared for connection to the
voltage requested, and secondly, it may be delivered with the
decks, base, worktop and stove or legs comprising the same,
unassembled and prepared for assembly on site.
8.1. Assembled oven
The oven is supplied fully assembled and can be connected to
the grid by simply connecting the different connections (Con-
nections Chapter) and carrying out the first operation tests.
8.2. Unassembled oven
In this case, assembly must be carried out by a specialist, gi-
ven that, apart from mechanical assembly of the oven, it is
necessary to carry out electrical connection between modules,
plus connection to mains and first performance tests.
8.3. Oven assembly
Once modules have been piled upon the base and the worktop
has been installed, proceed as follows: (See drawing).

Place the corresponding collector on the back part of
each deck

, which is included in the box termed
“MATERIAL DE ENVIO Nº 1 (DESPATCH MATERIAL
Nº 1), following the order from the bottom towards the
top, and fitting the top part of a collector to the bottom
part of the other, a general collector for fume extrac-
tion is attained.

In order to finish off this collector, place another with a
cylindrical shape

, which may be fitted with a chim-

which is the most efficient system and that which
affects cooking least.
• Then place a closing lid

on the bottom part of the
collector of the first deck which has been fitted with a
draining pipe to evacuate the water produced by the
effect of steam condensation.
• This draining pipe may be fitted with a rubber or plastic
hose

up to a water collection vessel, or better still,
directly to the drainage system.
