6. START-UP AND SHUTDOWN.
Electric arc hazard. Do not open any DC isolating switch if
the unit is under load.
Follow the steps indicated below to start the inverter :
1.
Activate the inverter switch/isolating switch and set it to ON.
2.
Make sure that the solar field is connected. Activate the circuit
breakers to enable the photovoltaic power supply.
3.
If there are batteries, activate the controller's switch/isolating
switch (
BMS
).
Press the on/off button for 5 seconds (for SALICRU battery
system models). For other compatible systems, consult the
corresponding manual.
4.
Ensure the presence of grid voltage. Activate the circuit
breakers to enable the grid supply. Without a grid, the unit will
not activate the generation mode.

The unit will start. The OLED screen will turn on. The next
section describes the steps that must be followed and the
operation of the console.
Follow the steps below to stop and turn off the inverter :
1.
Disable the grid power supply. Without a grid, the unit will stop
generating.
2.
If there are batteries, press the on/off button for 5 seconds
until the LED flashes and goes off (for SALICRU battery system
models). For other compatible systems, consult the corre-
sponding manual.
Deactivate the controller's switch/isolating switch ( BMS ).
Do not turn off the battery system while the inverter is
generating.
3.
Wait 30 seconds and turn off the solar field supply. Activate
the circuit breakers to cut off the photovoltaic power supply.
4.
Deactivate the inverter's switch/isolating switch and set it in
the OFF position. Wait 5 seconds until the inverter is completely
de-energised.

The unit will stop. When the internal capacitors of the DC bus
are fully discharged and have no voltage, the OLED screen will
turn off.
