Procedure for replacing the closing signal microswitch
To prevent accidents
it is
advisable to take care around
the lever’s area of operation,
as outlined in the diagram.
1. Check the condition of the
damper.
To
DEACTIVATE
the damp-
er,
if activated
, use the pis-
ton
(1)
and turn the lever
(2)
clockwise until the damper is
closed completely .
Beware of the restoring
force of the spring.
2.
Unscrew the two self-drilling 3 / 5 hex-
agonal /crosshead screws that secure
the microswitch.
3. REPLACE
the microswitch, checking
the inclination of the lever and the ori-
entation of the microswitch.
Tighten the two self-drilling 3/5 hexag-
onal/crosshead screws that secure the
microswitch.
4.
To
RESET
the fi re damper use the pis-
ton
(1)
and turn the lever
(2)
anti-clock-
wise.
Once the lever is in a horizontal posi-
tion release the piston at the relevant
position
(3
) on the lever.
