HT400 Rectangular fi re damper - UNI  EN 1366-2 Certifi ed  -  UNI  EN 13501-3  Classifi ed

TO RESTORE DAMPER OPERATION FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OUTLINED HERE IN REVERSE ORDER.

NB: 

THE ACTUATOR’S CROSSHEAD CLAMPING SCREW AT THE PIN HEAD MUST BE TIGHTENED TILL IT REACHES THE SCREW SUPPORT 

       ON THE BLACK INDICATOR ARROW, WITHOUT ANY PRESSING.

Dampers with Belimo electric actuator 

   mod. BF/BAE thermal fuse

4.3.1 

Procedure for replacing dampers with height < 250 mm

1. Check the condition of 

the damper 

 

DISCONNECT 

the actua-

tor and wait for the damp-
er to close completely.

2. 

Loosen the anti-rotation screw using 
a size 8 spanner and the actuator’s 
crosshead clamping screw at the con-
trol pin.

3. 

Slip the actuator off the control pin, 
taking care with the 12 

x 

12 board 

adapter

 (1)

4. 

Dismantle the thermal fuse by unscrewing the two cross-
head screws.

5. 

Remove the thermal fuse and replace either the fuse alone 
or the entire actuator/thermal fuse arrangement.
