Recording
The Recording page configures
file sizes and how the NVR records
events.
File Size
Enter the file size (in MB) that the
NVR creates for continuous and
event recording event recording.
Safety Vision strongly recommends
retaining the default settings of 100
MB.
Event Recorder Settings
Enter the amount of time, in
minutes, that elapse before and
after an event is triggered in the
Pre
event recording and Post event
recording fields, respectively.
For example, if Pre event recording
is set to 2 minutes and Post event
recording is set to 4 minutes, a 6 total minute event will be
recorded when the event button is pressed.
Enable Event Write Protection
Select the Enable Event Write Protection option to protect
recorded data from being recorded over. Selecting this
option does not allow the SSD to overwite old data.
Snapshot
Enter the time in seconds that a static JPEG snapshot is taken
in the
Capture interval
field. These snapshots appear in the
Snapshot Viewer
page.
Click
Save Changes
to save changed entries.
