6. With Anchor Bolt threads facing up,
loosely install large end of SAFE T
PLUS
®
unit to the bottom of Anchor
Bracket with Anchor Bolt, Anchor
Washer, and Anchor Nut
(Figure 4).
7. With Tie-Rod Bolt threads facing
up, loosely install small end of SAFE
T PLUS
®
unit to the top of Tie-Rod
Bracket with Tie-Rod Bolt, Tie-Rod
Washer, and Tie-Rod Nut (Figure 5).
8. Grip head of Anchor Nut with 1-1/8-inch open ended wrench. Using a
torque wrench with a 1-1/8-inch socket, torque Anchor Bolt to Anchor
Bracket to 120-130 foot pounds (Figure 4).
