Upon coming across any problem in operation, follow the instructions below to check and
repair the problem, and/or get in touch with your representative.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS – SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS

the recurrence of the protector
trip, request the presence of a

- The compressor does not turn
on and emits an unusual noise.
- Capacitor is burnt. - Request the presence of a

- The compressor runs slowly. - Electrical supply voltage
lower than the specified.
- Connect the compressor to
the correct network.
- Wait for the regularization of
network.
- The compressor does not re-
aches the maximum pressure,
lesser efficiency, works for a
short period of time.
- Pressure valve unregulated.
- Air tank filled with water.
- Air intake filter with excessive
dirt.
- Request the presence of a

- Drain the water from the tank
(page 12).
- Replace the air filter (page
16).
- The compressor motor does
not turn off when it reaches
maximum pressure.

and the equipment and not on

itself. Fill the air compressor as
much as possible and with the
help of a sponge and detergent,
apply a little foam on the fittin -
gs, note where the leaks are and
remake the fittings if problem
persists; request the presence
of a Alliage authorized tech-
nician.
